He's clearly smart enough that he should know that. But he has a track record of that type of performative BS.
I'm sure he'll spend a lot of time bashing Biden but not mention Trump trying to scuttle any cease fire deal. Or the fact that Trump certainly would only support Bibi even more. So I guess he's OK with making the perfect be the enemy of anything that might happen. does he really think this will do anything?
