So today, after a week of feeling near normal, back in regular cycling gear, gel gap seat working great, some good news (I hope it turns out when I see the spine guy): no internal issues seen by camera up belly this morning. All nerve-related from disc issues, no BPH, no sign of the big C, or anything else.

Still have the damned tube, but clearer hope now, too.

A grainy shot from the "The Cosby Show" showing a nice room with wood floors and a carpet, and Bill Cosby, a middle aged dark skinned person with closely cropped black hair wearing a grey long sleeve shirt, black sweat pants, white socks, and grey sneakers sitting on a wooden chair with a cream cushion, with a small child with short curly brown hair wearing a black grey & red long sleeve shirt and grey pants balancing on Cosby's knee with a smile on their face.

(attempt at) #alttext: comic highlighting the evolution and challenges of web design, comparing 2005 to 2025:
Increased complexity of testing environments: In 2005, testing primarily involved a few browsers on Macs and PCs, while in 2025, it requires testing across numerous browsers, diverse mobile devices, and accessibility tools like screen readers.
Despite the significantly increased complexity of web design and testing, the allocated time for testing remains a short five days.
Budget constraints: The comic points out that while the demands and scope of web design have expanded drastically, the corresponding budgets have not kept pace.

"(attempt at) #alttext: Political cartoon by Cathy Wilcox about certain groups uttering strong opinions about events without firsthand experience or knowledge.
The scene: A senior person stands in front of a wall with a poster advertising a "100,000 MARCH FOR PEACE".
The person's statement: They declare the demonstration was "hateful, dangerous...extremists and terrorist sympathisers," and claims he "should know because I wasn't there". "
