Day 3 of #SeeleFreiGemalt

Sometimes it is hard to make yourself be heard and really listened to. Selfcare is draining, masking is too and it feels, as if every next word might drain you empty so that you are only grey, blending into a colorless world while being sad and hollow.

A friend of mine, without knowing the idea behind it, saw it as: "Finally you are draining all the bad stuff out of your mental system.
