The first day of the Festival of Literary Diversity is underway! Come see us at The Writer's Hub Roundtable where we'll be chatting about writing and publishing for environmental justice, and taking your questions about the press, writing, and publishing. If you've never been to FOLD before you're missing out! These sessions are packed full of info for new and early career writers as well as being part of such a supportive community!
We're one week out from the close of our limited demographic submissions call. Please spread this far and wide! Yes, the graphic says "especially Canadian" but we are looking to acquire stories from anywhere and everywhere!
If you have such a speculative environmental story ready, submit here: https://www.stelliform.press/index.php/submissions/

I was one of the fellows for the 2023 Roots Wounds Words online writers’ retreat. I had an excellent time working with BIPOC writers and received plenty of useful feedback on my work. The retreat is happening again this coming January. If you’re a BIPOC writer, I recommend it. Some scholarships are available. https://www.rootswoundswords.org/application-information #BIPOCWriters #BIPOCAuthors #WritingCommunity #WritingRetreat
