Dennis Hwang<p>Well, I had a hunch it was the hot end mount thing having loose screws, so I took out the hot end and tightened those. I know this because I dealt with it on the A1 Mini. There is definitely value in standardizing your equipment.</p><p>It’s printing fine on the textured plate now, so I’ll give the super tack plate another try tomorrow.</p><p>Not in love with these toasty bits though. <a href="https://hwang.me.uk/tags/BambuLab" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>BambuLab</span></a> <a href="https://hwang.me.uk/tags/3DPrinting" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>3DPrinting</span></a></p>
Dennis Hwang<p>The <a href="https://hwang.me.uk/tags/BambuLab" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>BambuLab</span></a> super tack doesn’t work! At all! Great! (Yes, I washed it.)</p><p>People are saying to increase the temperature but if I have to do that I might as well use a textured plate that doesn’t require special handling. </p><p><a href="https://hwang.me.uk/tags/3DPrinting" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>3DPrinting</span></a></p>
LAYERED<p>I just published a very small project on <a href="https://chaos.social/tags/Makerworld" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Makerworld</span></a>. It's a mini set of alternate door handles for your <a href="https://chaos.social/tags/BambuLab" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>BambuLab</span></a> X1 and P1 printer.</p><p><a href="https://chaos.social/tags/3DPrint" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>3DPrint</span></a> <a href="https://chaos.social/tags/3DPrinting" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>3DPrinting</span></a> <a href="https://chaos.social/tags/MakersHour" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>MakersHour</span></a> <a href="https://chaos.social/tags/DIY" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>DIY</span></a></p><p><a href="https://makerworld.com/en/models/1262547-bambu-lab-x1-p1-door-handles#profileId-1287514" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">makerworld.com/en/models/12625</span><span class="invisible">47-bambu-lab-x1-p1-door-handles#profileId-1287514</span></a></p>
WokStation<p>FINALLY! James<p>Looks like this morning will be about listening to podcasts while babysitting the <a href="https://feistycricket.org/tags/BambuLab" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>BambuLab</span></a> printer. Off-brand filament keeps jamming on the spool. 🧵 </p><p>Leaning my lesson one jam at a time.</p>
Ghandralph<p>Dear <a href="https://swiss.social/tags/BambuLab" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>BambuLab</span></a>. Congrats on the new printer <a href="https://swiss.social/tags/H2D" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>H2D</span></a>. What a fabulous machine! </p><p>However: There is a great many things I would print with it but a bicycle helmet is not one of them, go figure why … 🤪. <a href="https://swiss.social/tags/3dprinting" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>3dprinting</span></a></p>
Jürgen :verigreen:🌗🪐🌌<p><a href="https://tyrol.social/tags/3DDrucker" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>3DDrucker</span></a></p><p><a href="https://tyrol.social/tags/BambuLab" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>BambuLab</span></a> hat den H2D vorgestellt.
Markus Buchner<p>Now that the <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Bambulab" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Bambulab</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/H2D" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>H2D</span></a> reviews are popping up, just a little reminder, that the <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Bambu" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Bambu</span></a> affiliate program prohibits creators to say negative things about its products or the company. So every review you can view by now is biased and can not be neutral until someone buys it with his own money</p><p><a href="https://fosstodon.org/@layers/113919376905428827" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">fosstodon.org/@layers/11391937</span><span class="invisible">6905428827</span></a></p>
Только имейте в виду, что P1S будет громче, чем A1 если вы не будете его моддить.</p><p><a href="https://lor.sh/tags/3D" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>3D</span></a> <a href="https://lor.sh/tags/printing" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>printing</span></a> <a href="https://lor.sh/tags/DIY" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>DIY</span></a> <a href="https://lor.sh/tags/log" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>log</span></a> <a href="https://lor.sh/tags/sale" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>sale</span></a> <a href="https://lor.sh/tags/BambuLab" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>BambuLab</span></a> <a href="https://lor.sh/tags/P1S" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>P1S</span></a> <a href="https://lor.sh/tags/hardware" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>hardware</span></a> <a href="https://lor.sh/tags/deals" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>deals</span></a> <a href="https://lor.sh/tags/pic" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>pic</span></a></p>
Dennis Hwang<p>Also? I would probably actually use their support material. It produces somewhat better results, but I’m just not going to remember to dry it for a day every time I want to use it. <a href="https://hwang.me.uk/tags/BambuLab" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>BambuLab</span></a> <a href="https://hwang.me.uk/tags/3DPrinting" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>3DPrinting</span></a></p>
Dennis Hwang<p>Allegedly (according to an unsubstantiated internet post), the AMS2 will eventually work with all current <a href="https://hwang.me.uk/tags/BambuLab" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>BambuLab</span></a> printers.</p><p>Makes PETG substantially less annoying to deal with on the A1, but won’t fix open-air warping. Comes down to price I think. <a href="https://hwang.me.uk/tags/3DPrinting" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>3DPrinting</span></a></p>

So I just made my own parametric and hopefully much better and versatile version.</p><p><a href="https://chaos.social/tags/3dprints" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>3dprints</span></a> <a href="https://chaos.social/tags/freecad" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>freecad</span></a></p>
Dennis Hwang<p>I mean, cool, but I think most people just want a P1S with 2 hotends. </p><p>It’s still a better financial value than an XL, but eh. <a href="https://hwang.me.uk/tags/3DPrinting" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>3DPrinting</span></a> <a href="https://hwang.me.uk/tags/BambuLab" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>BambuLab</span></a></p>

JakJak<p>I've been having this problem when printing ABS on my Bambu Lab P1S, corners have little dents of under-extrusion on them. Strangely, rolling the firmware back a couple of versions fixed the problem. I got so hung up on the firmware versions that I created a support ticket, and eventually they asked me to factory reset the printer, which did the trick.<br>And while I was at it, I finally tried LAN only mode. Now my P1S is running the latest firmware, blocked from accessing the internet by my router, and able to be controlled from Orca Slicer no problem.</p><p>Let's see how long I last without Bambu Handy before I go back :)</p><p><a href="https://furry.engineer/tags/3dPrinting" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>3dPrinting</span></a> <a href="https://furry.engineer/tags/BambuLab" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>BambuLab</span></a></p>

No change. Moved bed and isolated sound to the back Z-axis rod. <br>▪️Discovered a blob of plastic that was pretty old sitting on the top of the moving platform. Suspect this was squishing, ejecting air in the tube-like shape, causing the “pfft” sound. See attached image.</p>
DeltaWye<p>Sorry got a little carried away on the tablet there. Tried loading a different filament. </p><p>Might be harmless but I notice little stuff like that easily.</p><p>It’s almost like a gentle “phfft” sound when the head touches the print bed on the <a href="https://tiggi.es/tags/bambulab" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>bambulab</span></a> <a href="https://tiggi.es/tags/p1p" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>p1p</span></a>.</p>
Ghandralph<p>I think I found the reason why my <a href="https://swiss.social/tags/BambuLab" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>BambuLab</span></a> printer started acting up with <a href="https://swiss.social/tags/underextrusion" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>underextrusion</span></a> after a massive print failure a few days back.
