People who want to #ban #ebikes have not seen #cars. 
The Village Council of Key #Biscayne, where many climate scientists from #NOAA/AOML and University of #Miami/RSMAS live, voted unanimously to ban Class 2 and 3 ebikes.
Class 2 ebikes will go up to 20 mph (~32 km/h) and does not require you to pedal, and Class 3 ebikes are pedal assist and will go up to 28 mph (45 km/h).
