Tomo Bacinger<p>Mimal the Elf, also known as Chef.</p><p>The Elf is a figure created by the outlines of several Midwestern US states. Minnesota forms the Elf's hat, Iowa creates the head/face, Missouri forms the body, Arkansas makes up the legs, and Louisiana creates the boots.
