Sometimes a comic-book doesn't need to be a masterpiece to be praised. Sometimes you can just admire hard and honest work, done by the book, just to entertain their readers, by true crafters of the medium. Here's Batman and the Outsiders, a title that you won't usually see in any "best of" lists. Not revolutionary, not Art with a capital A. Nor it needs to be. It's just for you to have some fun, and it delivers.
