Tossing 1lb juggling balls is a good workout, which is probably why they're called ExerBalls. I can't imagine using the 2.5lb ones.

Jannik #Sinner, the Italian (Südtirolean) #tennis player who won the last Australian Open used a similar method as pre-match training. It was interesting to see the differences about his training style and #Zverev's. Sinner's strategy was more focused on reflexes, agility and conditioning.
You could also give #juggling a try, if you get bored with this method at some point

Good morning, Glasgow. After a slightly wet and overcast weekend, Monday's turning out to be a rather wonderful Spring day, and like the Kelvingrove Art Gallery, the city's buildings are really starting to shine, so get out there and enjoy them. As for me, I'll be spending a good part of the day teaching a class of 11 year olds how to juggle!

The fabric used for the pouch of the poi was sorted out from an interior designer. We filled them with chopped bycicle tubes. The fabric for the strips is bought at a store for leftover textiles. The leather used for the loops belonged to a sofa in the past. Only the rings and the rope are ordered extra.

I have been looking for a while for "silent" juggling clubs, i.e. clubs that I could juggle in my flat without pissing off my downstairs neighbours. I am sure that this could exist (and I even think I saw some like that in a video once), but does it?
