Ishambard<p>So, perhaps I have been reading too much Girls Love Manga.<br>But there is a bit of dialogue in <a href="https://cupoftea.social/tags/MajorasMask" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>MajorasMask</span></a> when you speak to Cremia whilst wearing the Couple's Mask.</p><p>She talks about a friend of her, who we know is Anju, and she is getting married soon... the interesting part of it is that she then says "too soon". (I need to grab a screenshot of this...)</p><p>We are also told that Anju and Cremia are best friends.</p><p>There is a lot of talk around town that hints at a Cremia/Kafei thing, Romani remarks that her sister is sad whenever Cremia goes into town, so she thinks she has someone she loves in town.</p><p>Talking to Cremia with the Kafei mask, she has a look of disdain on her face. Clearly annoyed with the rumours that Kafei ran off with her. Or perhaps she doesn't really like Kafei himself.</p><p>What we also need to consider is, Cremia offers Anju and her family shelter on the final night. Ishambard<p>This is one of the worst achievements I have ever gotten.<br>Not in the sense that it was hard. Not at all, I used an exploit to enter Sakon the thief's lair early... But, imagine going through the entire Kafei/Anju quest line and when Kafei finally makes it to the Stock Pot Inn at 4:30am, as the Moon is descending on Termina</p><p>Anju... Isn't there.</p><p>She didn't believe in him enough to wait for him. She sought shelter with her family and the rest of Clock Town. This leaves Kafei, all alone in the abandoned town... Ishambard<p><a href="https://cupoftea.social/tags/MajorasMask" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>MajorasMask</span></a> is proceeding relatively fine despite two crashes last night, first in Woodfall whilst getting the boss key and the second in Snowhead as I was collecting stray fairies.</p><p>But we now have the Gilded Sword and I jumped back in time to nab Epona, access Great Bay, get the Garo Mask, hookshot, Captain's Hat, Gibdo Mask (skipping the Ice Arrow requirement to get to Ikana Valley Owl Statue) and got the Mirror Shield before going back to the Inn to meet up Anju and then off to the ranch to stop the alien invasion. A lot of ground was covered 🤣</p><p>My plan tonight is to get the New Wave Bossa Nova and Elegy of Emptiness, that way I only need to do one more cycle to fully clear those dungeons and I can be off to the Moon for the final showdown.</p><p>All the while, I am jumping through the hoop of having only 3 hearts... Ishambard<p>Might as well thread this nonsense!</p><p>After we discovered a sequence break doesn't work in the GameCube version, I may need to get video evidence of this, I went ahead and cleared Snowhead temple, got the Razor Sword and Gold Dust. Not too bad for 12pm on the second day.</p><p>I will probably dip back into Snowhead and get the fairies and full clear Woodfall temple.</p><p>To overcome the threat of crashing, I am using the owl statues and copying the save file to file slot two. It's almost like making a save state!</p><p>Though, since doing this method, I didn't have any crashes last night. Ishambard<p><a href="https://cupoftea.social/tags/ALinkToThePast" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>ALinkToThePast</span></a> is always a good time.<br>Though, something i have noticed is two minor things with the <a href="https://cupoftea.social/tags/GameBoyAdvance" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>GameBoyAdvance</span></a> version.</p><p>Firstly, when using the pegasus boots, you can dash through pots instead of bonking of them. This wouldn't be a problem if I didn't utilise a pot bonk in Ganon's tower to skip a section with invisible floors.</p><p>Secondly, there is a small change to Ice Palace in Basement 5 and 6. It changes the puzzle before the boss fight. In the SNES version, you push a block down to the floor below to put on a switch, or use the Staff of Somaria. Chaos Director<p>Back when tears of the kingdom came out, I looked high and low for this. Today I found it at a local store sealed and at the original retail price 2 years after it came out. Ishambard<p>So, something I find quite interesting.</p><p>The missable achievements for the <a href="https://cupoftea.social/tags/GameBoyAdvance" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>GameBoyAdvance</span></a> version of <a href="https://cupoftea.social/tags/ALinkToThePast" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>ALinkToThePast</span></a> don't include any of the damageless boss fights.</p><p>Missables are only the free fire shield and a deathless run.</p><p>This implies that you can re-fight these bosses without having to restart the save file. That's kinda interesting. Might have to explore that at some point.</p><p>ALttP definitely is the palette cleanser I needed after Chu Chu Rocket. </p><p>It is my most completed game, but that was because there was a period of time I was doing randomiser runs, either solo, races, or co-op runs on a semi regular basis.</p><p>So this completion should be a pretty gentle cruise, which is what I need right now.</p><p>As an additional fun fact, the GBA version was the first one I ever completed, I remember borrowing aLttP from somewhere on the SNES, but never finished it. Jakob Fel :rg2: :sega:<p>A GBA game that not many people seem to have played is the Avatar: The Last Airbender game. It's very much in the vein of the 2D Zelda games, but with basic combos and multiple playable characters.</p><p>Very underrated!
