@nunosans For AfterEffects, it depends a lot on what you want to accomplish, but there are a number options with different licenses and varying degrees of usability.

#foss - #Natron, #Friction, #SynfigStudio, #Glaxnimate, #Pencil2D, #Enve, or possibly #Blender

Proprietary - www.keyshapeapp.com (Mac only), cavalry.scenegroup.co (subscription-based)

I can't really vouch for any of them, but I've experimented with some of the free ones and Friction is what I'm planning to dive into eventually.

Over 10 years since I did my first commit to #Natron... Where did the time go? Sadly the Natron project never reached its potential. The first couple years was fun, I learned a lot and had the privilege to work with very talented developers.

Green screen, also know as chroma key, is a video technique that dynamic replaces your video background. Applications like Kdenlive, Shotcut, Flowblade, OBS and Natron support green screen.

Here are three main rules to setup your green screen.

1. Light your screen evenly.
2. Avoid casting any shadows on your green screen.
3. Light your green screen separately from the lighting on your subject as much as possible.
