#PSA: If you use #MacPorts, the problem isn't you. The main mirror that rsync.macports.org resolves to is rejecting connections, and the website for the mirror site (https://ftp.fau.de) gives a 403 for the MacPorts mirror.
There are other mirrors but you have to go find them at the MacPorts site and configure them manually. RTFM for details

Specifically, when an account that is evidently linked to a business, I wonder what their deal is.

I don't like being used this way.

If they come again with another request, guess what? They get blocked.
Let me put it simply: abusing follow requests is not a costless proposition.
I've just blocked a company for this. I *might* have been interested in their products, but now I won't have the opportunity to show interests, because they are blocked.

I don’t collect Pokémon cards and never will because it’s just consumerism and not my thing. 
I’m guilty of posting images to Mastodon instead of Pixelfed, but honestly, I should use Pixelfed for images since that’s what it’s made for, sharing photos and visual content.
Anyway, I only wanted my favorite Pokémon, Lugia, graded, no matter the grade, image, or company.
My older brother, who is really into collecting now, bought me these two cards.
The CGC card can be seen at the link below. The other card is from PCG, which is a lesser-known UK grading company that no longer exists today.

Mach Dich auf eventuelles #PSA-Bouncing gefasst.
Mein PSA hatte sich schon nach der 27ten #Bestrahlung fast verdoppelt (0,026 -> 0,05).
Aber erst mal alles cool.
Die belastbaren Daten zu #RPE und dann mit mehrmonatigem Abstand Bestrahlung sind noch dünn.
Bei erhaltener #Prostata und #ADT + Bestrahlung oder und Tachys hingegen gibt es sehr viele Daten.
Wann immer sich die bösen Zellen teilen entsteht (viel) PSA. Wann immer die Zellen sterben auch - aber weniger!
