Not in Russia, not in China, no,
in UK and other Western European countries like Germany the political repression against protest movements disproves all rhetoric of a democratic society based on universal, non-negotionable constitutional values.
The Palestine solidarity movement is suppressed with police repression in the first place and operates as such as a lever to transform legal rights into executive orders to the effect that the former privilegues are suspended as we watch.
The legitimate protests against the genocide in Gaza and the apartheid regime of settler colonialism in the West Bank are an opportunity to enable the state strengthening the executive powers of martial law and wartime rule.
These governments don't care about Israelis or Palestinians, they just want to expand their potential of acting against the population without having to fear basis democratic resistance.

Wer genauer wissen will, was das ist:

my complaints to the #OpenUniversity sent on the 23/06/25 for which, besides 2 emails saying they'll reply within 10 days, i am still waiting to get a meaningful reply:
i am a student criminology and psychology at the #ou. i am hereby complaining about the fact that the ou spends student's tuition fees on contracts and so called partnerships with companies that are actively involved in the mass murder of fellow human beings for profit.
the university has a legal duty to uphold domestic and international law, including by cutting ties with companies linked to ongoing #warcrimes.
#BAE weapons have been linked to mass civilian deaths in both #Gaza and #Yemen, confirmed by #UN investigations and independent human rights organisations.
BAE arms authoritarian regimes including #SaudiArabia, #Egypt, #UAE, and #Bahrain—all of which are known for state violence, #repression, and #torture.
In 2024, BAE posted record #profits of over £2.5 billion, profiting from #weapons sold to governments actively involved in #MilitaryAssaults on civilian populations.
BAE has faced multiple major #corruption scandals, including a £286 million #UK settlement and a $400 million fine in the #US over #bribery in arms deals.
#University partnerships whitewash BAE’s image, giving it legitimacy and access to students—despite its central role in the global war machine.
The Open University’s #collaboration with BAE helps normalise the arms trade, making #students #complicit unless we speak out.
War is not only deadly—it is #ecocidal. BAE profits from destruction that fuels #ClimateCollapse, yet the #OU claims to value #sustainability.
why is the ou engaging in this #criminal behaviour for years now, whilst teaching me about so called #crime?
the university has a moral imperative to defend freedom and justice across the world, including the human rights of its academic colleagues in the #Palestinian territories.
#Israel has destroyed all universities in Gaza, and over 300 #schools and #libraries. Education is a target in Gaza, and the OU’s academic peers are at risk.
i demand the open university to immediately #divest our tuition fees from b.a.e. , #microsoft, #alphabet, #cisco and others involved in supporting and enabling #genocide and war across the world.
i am currently on a year off from studying because of #MentalHealth conditions, which only have worsened because of this.
i am seriously considering ending my studies because my #MoralIntegrity is more important than anything in my life, and i am not willing to get a huge debt that i know is being used to kill people. that makes me complicit with war crimes and genocide.
besides , i can't take the study material seriously when the ou is #enabling, #normalising and #funding criminal conduct by the companies it contracts to deliver services and infrastructure, and then refuses to take #accountability.
shame on you!

Palestinian Resistance Factions Declare Open Conflict With Zionist Collaborators
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
“Indeed, Allah does not love the treacherous.”
The agent Abu Shabab and his gang are outside the bounds of national identity, and their blood is forfeit!
To our great Palestinian people
In the face of the genocidal and starvation war being waged by the criminal zionist enemy against our steadfast people, a rogue, treacherous faction insists on serving as a tool in the hands of the occupying usurper. They exploit the presence of occupation forces on the ground, armed with its weapons, under its protection and watchful eye. But God has willed to expose this gang led by the traitorous agent Yasser Abu Shabab, a group formed by the enemy’s army and openly acknowledged by its political leadership as armed and employed in its service, in a failed attempt to protect its soldiers and achieve what it has failed to accomplish through its own forces for over twenty months.
In this context, we in the Joint Operations Room of the Palestinian Resistance Factions affirm the following:
First: The paid traitor Yasser Abu Shabab and his gang are a group that has stepped outside the ranks of our nation. They are entirely stripped of Palestinian identity, and their blood is forfeit by all factions of our resistance. They are rejected by all the honorable members of our free people. We will show no mercy to any of them, nor to anyone who follows their path of aiding the occupation. They will be dealt with as befits traitors and collaborators.
Second: The fate of these traitors is the garbage heap of history — stained with disgrace and shame before God, their people, and their nation. In time, they will cling to the coattails and tanks of the enemy like parasites, when regret will no longer avail them. And the enemy will discard them like worn-out shoes — a constant ending that has befallen every traitor and collaborator throughout history across the world.
Third: We deeply appreciate and take pride in the honorable stance of our Palestinian clans and noble families, who are not affected by the betrayal of a small, isolated group of those who sold themselves to the devil. These tribes have declared their honorable position, and we engage with them with full appreciation and respect, in accordance with the divine rule: “And no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another.”
Fourth: Our people possess great awareness and clearly distinguish between mercenary collaborators and those who genuinely serve them. While we fully acknowledge the suffering endured by our people — a suffering we share and live through alongside them — they nevertheless reject treason. They consider it among the gravest of sins, and they denounce and disown anyone who commits or approaches it.
Mercy and glory to the procession of our righteous and great martyrs.
Healing to the wounded and injured.
Freedom to the prisoners and detainees.
And near relief to our steadfast, patient, and proud people.
Allah is the Greatest
Victory to our people, and shame upon the traitors and collaborators.

We Are All Palestine Action: NY War Crimes
“If we defeat the government’s attempts to destroy our organization, victory in our fight against Elbit is near,” a spokesperson for Palestine Action told us this week. “If they do proscribe us, then let a thousand Palestine Actions bloom.”
Writers Against the War on Gaza July 2, 2025On Friday, June 20, two members of Palestine Action rode into the UK’s largest military base on e-scooters, carrying a Palestinian flag and fire extinguishers filled with red paint. After spray-painting two military airplanes, effectively (if temporarily) grounding them both, the actionists escaped. This bold direct action forced the media to cover what it had long ignored: the participation of the Royal Air Force in the war on Gaza. On Wednesday, July 2, a humiliated and reactionary British parliament voted to proscribe Palestine Action as a “terrorist” organization, threatening members and supporters with up to 14 years of prison.
The same moribund empire that first authorized the Zionist project in 1917 continues to abet mass death and displacement in Palestine. The UK’s F-35 jet fighter program supplies 15% of the components making up Israel’s warplanes — including ejector seats, rear fuselage, active interceptor systems, targeting lasers, and weapon release cables. Its bases in Cyprus are likely waypoints for the transfer of arms to the genocidal state, and the R.A.F. itself flies planes over Gaza to provide the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) with intelligence.
In the five years since its founding, and particularly over the past 20 months, Palestine Action has put the death-dealers on notice like no other political organization in the U.K. or the U.S. By strategically and systematically targeting Elbit Systems, Israel’s largest arms company, they have already brought about the closure of several Elbit factories; forced dozens of companies and contractors to cut ties with Elbit; and helped bring about a “debanking crisis” for the entire so-called defense industry.
Proscription would endanger the whole of the Palestine solidarity movement, criminalizing word and deed alike. It would punish not only members but supporters of Palestine Action: To publicly praise their brave acts would be to risk a 14-year prison sentence. We call on our British readers to take this risk. The label of “terrorist” has long been wielded by Western powers to brand their sins onto all those who challenge their impunity. In this way, it is an honor.
But the epithet is also a threat. It is through this designation that the West has justified the imprisonment and slaughter of journalists, activists, poets, musicians and cultural workers throughout the history of our movements. We must remind ourselves and the world that terrorism is the true legacy of Western imperialism and colonization, and resistance is the real counter-terrorism.
Palestine Action has offered us a template for resistance in the imperial core, for an insurgency that strikes unflinchingly at the supply chain of death. Proscription may force the organization to formally disband, but it cannot stop the action happening everywhere, every day, in the name of Palestine.
The entire movement must defy the draconian criminalization of resistance, which haunts us with the specter of incarceration. We cannot allow fear to distance us from our conscience or our will. Thousands of political prisoners — many who are Palestinian, others who have been radicalized by Palestine — have already shown us that while the cost of resistance can be high, it can never outweigh the power of a united front. The effectiveness and popularity of anticolonial resistance is why organizations like Samidoun and Palestine Action have been targeted by fascist governments and other counterinsurgent forces attempting to divide the movement with fearmongering and hysterical finger-pointing. As Samidoun wrote in their July 2, 2025 statement of solidarity with Palestine Action, “The British colonial mandate was the first to introduce ‘administrative detention’ — imprisonment without charge or trial — to occupied Palestine, a policy enthusiastically adopted by their Zionist colonial successors.”
Almost two years into this genocide, the Zionist and Western powers have sent clear signals to the world that their final solution is the extermination of the Palestinian people in Gaza and beyond. Day after day, we see images too horrific to comprehend and hear the unforgettable screams of children. But as Israel’s attacks intensify, so does our conviction. Popular support for the Palestinian cause continues to build, both despite and because of escalating fascist repression. Hundreds of people have joined Palestine Action in the past 10 days. “If we defeat the government’s attempts to destroy our organization, victory in our fight against Elbit is near,” the group’s spokesperson, Max Geller, told us this week. “If they do proscribe us, then let a thousand Palestine Actions bloom.”
There have been significant attempts to isolate Palestine Action by liberal forces within the movement. We maintain that — as with resistance in occupied Palestine — there must be a visible, aboveground movement that serves as a popular cradle for underground militancy. WAWOG will always stand with militants in the imperial core. We call on all people of conscience to do the same.
Death, death to the IOF.
Free Palestine.
