After working for five hours this morning, it was time to join the pilgrims for a five kilometers run. The area we are in, is full of Caminos and the most famous one goes right past us. So I joined the walkers for about a kilometer before pealing off into the woods to explore.
Today's RAAAD was Trans-Siberian March Band and their brilliant The Tractor-Makers' Ball.
So since it was five hour of work, five km run that means it should be five beers, right, riiighhtt?
Another Saturday another tempo run. Feel my fitness is improving, same route as last weekend, an extra 5 minutes in tempo zone and average pace up so all good #running #temporunning #adidasrunning #runnersofmastodon
120 minutes, super slow long #run. Started damp and humid from last night’s rain, ended warm and dry. Pace about the same as last week, not bad since lifting bumped up to 90% 1RM.

#Hoka Clifton 10 klang von der Beschreibung her perfekt, aber er ist stark gewöhnungsbedürftig und passte auch nicht wirklich.

I finally managed to fix the issue of wrong pace and distance on my Garmin Fenix 7 watch.
It turned out that my Garmin HRM-Pro heart rate can be configured to determine pace and distance based on cadence.
After switching off that option the GPS from the watch was being used again and all was fine.

Going to try to jog 5x8 minutes this weekend and see if my hamstring, which is injured, can bear it. Only 2 weeks until Copenhagen marathon... Haven't been running for a month, but if I can run pain free, I'll give it a go...

Der heutige Lauf hat mir wieder ein bisschen mehr Selbstsicherheit für lange Strecken > 21,1K gegeben.
Das fühlte sich alles wie entspanntes Laufen an und mein Körper schrie nicht einmal 
Aufhören!!! 
So macht das richtig Spaß
Manchmal braucht man einfach seine 15 Minuten Ruhm. Dass ich aber vor Trump, Putin und dem Papst auf der Titelseite stehe, damit habe ich auch nicht gerechnet…

Back to running again. Did a 7k Z2/3 run to see how my knee is holding. Still a bit painful after a while, especially up and down hills. But better than last time. I’ve been doing daily strength training. I think I can forget about the half marathon I’m supposed to run in two weeks.
Hoy he salido a entrenar normalmente, preparando la media maratón del domingo. El lunes tuve tirada larga, accidentada por una caída que afortunadamente solo me ha dejado unos raspones y un golpe fuertecillo en la escápula izquierda que ya casi no duele.
Y ya. De aquí al domingo casi todo descanso, salvo la pachanguita de bádminton del viernes. Y a consumir más carbohidratos de lo habitual (mañana toca pasta).
