GastroHistory<p>Perhaps a bit outdated, by <a href="https://mastodon.world/tags/SidneyMintz" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>SidneyMintz</span></a>'s <a href="https://mastodon.world/tags/foodanthropology" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>foodanthropology</span></a> work remains an important part of <a href="https://mastodon.world/tags/foodstudies" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>foodstudies</span></a>. Many of his papers and books are what brought me to the study of <a href="https://mastodon.world/tags/foodhistory" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>foodhistory</span></a>. It is a drag that so much of his work remains behind paywalls though. <a href="https://www.jstor.org/stable/4132873" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no"><span class="invisible">https://www.</span><span class="">jstor.org/stable/4132873</span><span class="invisible"></span></a></p>
