Although I posted the lyric/verse, I have always liked this line that came from it (I replaced one word)

لاکھوں دلوں میں اکیلا، میرا یہ دل بیچارا۔

I wrote it in my notebook in one random Urdu class, and that was 11 years ago. Still as true as ever, and suddenly a far more painful verse to reflect on.
