Good to see that some tech billionaires have their priorities straight in these troubled times. Mark Zuckerberg announced today that he's released a cover of "Get Low" by Lil Jon, with a cameo by T-Pain. Zuck wrote on Instagram that the song was special to him and his wife Priscilla. “‘Get Low’ was playing when I first met Priscilla at a college party, so every year we listen to it on our dating anniversary. This year I worked with @tpain on our own version of this lyrical masterpiece. Sound on for the track and also available on Spotify.” You can listen to it in this @theverge article by Emma Roth, who cautions, "Trust me, I may be scarred for life after hearing Zuckerberg’s autotuned voice serenade me."

A few big changes since last time - Yuqi and Sofi Tukker breaking into the Top 10 most listened to songs. Throw Some Ass is amazing and Yuqi's album "Yuq1," is nothing but bangers. Love that album too.

Still rising since the last time I did this is Babymetal and Electric Callboy's "Ratatata," which I definitely listen to a lot. Newly added Badvillain's "Badvillain" is also rising up fast with Everglow's "Colourz" getting close to the Top 20.

A few notes:
Most listened to artist of 2024 so far: Fall Out Boy.
Most Listened to Album of 2024: Itzy's Born to Be.

Which makes sense, especially when you look at my most listened to tracks.

This is always interesting...to me, to check.

With the beginning of July being so busy, I missed my regular update here on my music stats for the month. I'm sure y'all missed it.

But, let's move on.

NMIXX's Run for Roses, after being basically #2 all year, has finally risen up to my top slot. Which, makes sense - at this point, it is probably my song of the year. It's also why I bought that album recently.
