They weren't all to my taste (If I never hear Width of a Circle ever again it wouldn't bother me one bit) such as his mid 80s period (which lost me completely) I'm afraid i still view Tin Machine as a mid-life crisis in musical form. The song is "Under The God", and from their first album (there were only two), released in 1989.This is from a live performance in 1991.
