我在 #創投 服務超過7年，我的經驗是AO都在幫別人賺錢，但是自己都沒有賺到。雖然代表資方拜訪公司，常常會有地位比較高受人尊重的錯覺，但是回歸實際面，還是會發現自己並沒有資本沒有地位支撐。
在我們這一代，也確實面臨了的成長放緩的情況，已經沒有Low Hanging Fruits，我們也必須有一些不同的作法與創新。
我在這一兩年內，開始測試新的投資法。透過召集身邊比較熟且相同世代的朋友，我投入比較大的金額，約莫佔30%以上，剩下70%設定最低投資額度一起集資進入控股，再由控股投資到新創裡。 #有錢大家一起賺的概念
從目前的結果來評估這個投資法，有以下以個感受。
1. 較大的案子，設定最低300萬，發現大多數人還是拿不出來。這也驗證了其實多數AO都是沒有錢的。
2. 這種模式會需要更多時間，因為每個案子都要大家各自再評估。若是基金模式，就沒有這個問題。
3. 各項成本較高 (行政、稅、溝通、時間等)
這樣的模式計劃再測試一兩件，會再依據觀察進行調整。也許考慮組成團體，並且會有要求連續三個案子沒有投，就必須退出團體。
