I have scoured the world, literally from my bed, and located a very decently priced copy of this LP. Even with shipping from Singapore it is a comparative bargain. Ordered, paid for, and on its way.

Teenager me would definitely have considered this magic. Part of me still does.

An old favorite for last spin of the night.

Known more for his #lordoftherings album (which is fantastic), I have the same love for THIS album as I do for the former.

I used to do a lot of drugs in my teens & 20s, particularly when I lived in New York.
It was around that time in NYC in the early 2000s that I first discovered his music. Copious sessions of rails, shrooms & bong hits & weird tunes.

Settling in for the night with one of the most underrated John Williams scores. Just super classy.

As a film, The Eiger Sanction is one of the most underrated Clint Eastwood movies that NEVER gets talked about. I saw it so many times as a kid, that the music from it is etched in my mind forever.
See it if you haven’t.
