@iuculano because he's a #NarcissisticPsychopath, meaning he doesn't know or have empathy. to #trump everything is a transaction, a deal. he also suffers grandiosity, meaning he thinks he IS the messiah, the pope and king. it's a mental health condition called #NPD & #ASPD. my prediction is that he has a high level of both. i suggest a collective multi-disciplinary intervention to section and treat him & his billionaire friends and MAGA. but not before a mass insurrection by citizens to take collective power.

leftist spaces need to have a serious reckoning with their ableism—especially toward cluster b disorders.
it’s not just individual ignorance. it’s a pattern.

you say you're trauma-informed, but pathologize anyone with intense emotions or attachment wounds. you say “abolish the carceral state,” but you socially exile people with bpd or npd like it's justice. you preach “community care,” but treat certain neurodivergent people as disposable.

this isn’t healing. it’s scapegoating.
and it mirrors the same systems we claim to fight.

if you're serious about solidarity, you need to unlearn the reflex to demonize people just because their symptoms look messy, threatening, or unfamiliar. start interrogating where your language comes from—why does “narcissist” live in your insult toolkit? why is “toxic” your go-to label when someone is dysregulated or in pain?

stop centering comfort over care. real community means making space for people who challenge your assumptions—not just the ones who fit neatly into your idea of “safe.”

cluster b folks aren’t the enemy. we are already in your spaces. we’ve just learned to mask, hide, shrink. because we know what happens if we don’t.

you want to build something liberatory? include us.

@DrALJONES Autistic people also often lack empathy or experience it in non-standard ways, but I'm doubtful that many would be comfortable with similar stigmatization applied towards autism.

Supposed "proper" neurotypical people have repeatedly demonstrated an incredible lack of care towards others in recent time. Mass support of genocide, increasing support of fascism, increasing misogyny and transmisia. The more longstanding and near universal support for carnism among "normal" people is a desert of empathy or conscience.

People like Elon Musk are not unique. Should they be removed from power? Yes. Will removing them from power remove the capitalist and white supremacist systems that produced them? No.

For so long as such systems of oppression exist, power will be rewarded to oppressors for their continued participation and support of those oppressive systems. People like Elon Musk or Trump can be replaced like the heads on a hydra. Voting someone who is not disordered, who is not a "psychopath" into power will not challenge this; because, the issue is not clinical, it is not that the wrong people are in power, but rather the very systems of power which people have been indoctrinated into.

Ganz abgesehen davon hat die #AsPD eben erst wieder mit der aktiven Verhinderung eines AfD-Verbotsverfahrens bewiesen, dass die Partei zu den Wirbellosen zu rechnen war, ist und immer sein wird! Die vorgebrachten Pseudo-Begründungen haben weder etwas mit den Fakten, noch mit der Beweislage, noch mit der Einschätzung zahlreicher Juristen zu tun. Die sind allesamt an den Haaren herbei fabuliert.
