Sigh.

Ground must have settled a bit, and it shattered my LB conduit box. So, into the crawlspace to feed the Ethernet out, cut the old box off, install the new box (I intentionally left one join dry, so if it needs to settle further hopefully the join will pull apart instead of shattering the box).

One more trip into the crawlspace to hook everything up again, but I stopped for a beer first (this is thirsty work).

A LB type junction box, split across the top. The ground has settled, putting too much stress on the box itself.
Two legs hanging down into a crawl space opening. It"s dark and dirty down there, but the pants and shoes are also dirty so it's okay!
A fresh LB junction box, with the cover off. Ethernet cable is visible inside the box, which has its cover off. The fresh grey plastic is a stark contrast to the old sections of line.

I want to run an Ethernet cable upstairs.There's a unused aerial cable that already does that (goes up a hole in the lounge room ceiling into the room upstairs). Going to presume the best way to thread the Ethernet cable through that existing hole is to tie is to the aerial end then go upstairs and pull that old aerial cable and the Ethernet cable tied to it up?
