... then why manuals, papers, documentation, books and other fancy stuff insist on using minutes and seconds? Even software! Please, just use decimal degrees. Using subdivisions divisible by 60 is not longer needed.
If you want to write like the ancients, use Latin and Roman numerals.

Just use one format for latitude and longitude angles. Which one?
