Some of the things that will be used to justify this #War of #Distraction will be #Canada 's retaliation to #US #tariffs. There have already been social media posts about how our economically defensive tactics are "illegal".
Combined with the sociopathic dismissal of #Canada as "not a real country" and how we are "subsidized" or "tariff abusers" -- the #POTUS is 'othering' and essentially de-humanizing #Canadians.
The real motive is to expand territory and gain access to energy and minerals.
