Added another 930 words to the new short story and I think finished out the first draft! Going to take another look over it tomorrow, but hopefully also get back to the book I'm supposed to be writing...

Delivered a nuc (mini beehive) this morning as my contribution to help western NC recover from Hurricane Helene! Got about 2600 more words on the new short story. Should be able to finish out the first draft tomorrow!

Progress from last night, using my own phone case as a reference. Painting over the actual phone from the MMO that the emote itself has, in order to make it resemble my own more.

Authors: Although “correct term” is used in previous studies (e.g., refs. 1, 3, 4, 6-8, 13, and 21), we have changed this to “alternative term”

Davinci Resolve anyone? I just learned by fluke that you can make your own transitions by dragging the corners of your video clips at a cut, that would be down to the left one one then down to the right on the other. It works the same as audio fades. I was faced with redoing the video portions to add space for the stock transitions but then I noticed the dojiggys on the corners. 'Worked a treat', as the Brits say.

#Kdenlive 25.04.1 is out with several fixes and improvements.
