Here, there are 4 more rows to knit before starting the border. Almost there! I'm happy that here I was in the correct ballpark with my estimate of 50 g yarn in the body

I can make the border in this section of the pi-shawl pretty deep. We'll have to see how far the amount of yarn will bring me!
It seems I will indeed have to redo my grading spreadsheet, draft pattern, and knitting. But, better to act on this now, than to end up with a sweater that does not fit as intended. To be continued!

(Cobalt:) I'm happy to announce that after a long period of not having capacity, we've finally posted our Brook the Chicken catnip toy pattern!
@AimeeHill @theelizabethjoy @madgeface and @CarrieQ42, if you even remember testing this pattern: thank you so much!
The link to the pattern is here: https://artisans.coop/products/fundraiser-brook-the-chicken-catnip-toy-knitting-pattern It is $7.50 USD, with $1.50 of that price supporting Artisans Cooperative. The techniques you will need to know and the supplies necessary are in the description of the pattern listing.
Boosts help us!
Well, I've knit the back piece until where I should have started the armhole increases. Time to see whether my swatch was indeed a lying liar!

#FlashbackThursday The Fuyu Persimmon shawl is very flexible, therefore I’ve included modification ideas in the pattern!

With my Zuurstok shawl project, I've knit some more rows. I've not quite reached the correct size for the body, so onwards to another 16 rows of garter stitch before I proceed to the lace edging
I made my Blauwe Branding stole-sized. It's very easy to change it to a different size, like a scarf, just reduce the number of cast-on stitches!

Blauwe Branding is now live! This design is perfect to use up smaller amounts of yarn in different colors. Or use a gradient yarn with long color runs instead!

Here, you can see the patterning taking shape. Aren't those wrapped stitches lovely?! However, I may have to work this piece all over again, because swatches are lying liars
Remember this shawl? The test knitting is done, so the pattern for this design will be released soon!
In this picture, you can see that a bit more than one repeat of the lace has been worked in my pi shawl. I'm really liking how it looks!
The draft pattern for the body of my sweater using the yellow RMR Yarn Co. yarn is all worked out. So, I've cast-on the shoulder part of the back piece!
#FlashbackThursday Rose Pink Candy is knit in an aran/bulky weight yarn. It knits up pretty fast too. However, it's very easy to modify for other yarn weights, just repeat the patterning until it's the desired size!

With an asymmetrical triangle, 150 g of fingering weight yarn typically makes a good-sized shawl. I have 200 g, so I need to ensure it doesn't get too big. I'll use self-striping for about 50 g, then switch to a lace pattern with the solid purple
I've knit a couple of more rows, the patterning is starting to show a bit better. I really love the kinds of patterning that give an undulating edge because of those strategically placed increases and decreases!
I've worked the 6th increase row of this Pi shawl, and started the border patterning!
On this project, I did not do that much knitting these past few weeks. Still, with a couple of rows here and there, a project slowly grows
Yes, I've done a bit more knitting on the leafy border of the Big Round Shawl. There are currently 5 more leaves to knit. To be continued!
#FlashbackThursday A couple of years ago, I designed the Jade Clover Tunic. The version pictured here, is tunic length, but the pattern also contains info about modifications to make it a tee or a dress!
