StephJ'en peux plus du site "pro" de LaPoste. Je le déteste encore plus que les draisiennes électriques débridées. Et c'est pas peu dire.Y a pas une fois où j'arrive à l'utiliser du 1er coup sans que ça merde à un moment ou un autre du processus de commande et d'impression de timbres. Je perds un temps fou à chaque fois.Là je viens de payer 8,50€ pour des timbres pour envoyer mes commandes. J'ai bien été débitée mais aucun timbre. La commande ne figure même pas dans mon historique ! Pas de confirmation reçue par mail. Juste un débit de 8,50€ ><Et bien sûr impossible de les contacter par téléphone à cette heure-ci. Et demain je serai au boulot durant leurs horaires d'ouverture. Et pour couronner le tout, y a pas UN SEUL bouton "contactez LaPoste" ou "contactez le service client" qui fonctionne. De tout le site. J'ai inspecté les boutons avec la console, c'est juste de la déco, les boutons n'appellent rien 🤦‍♀️Du coup j'ai essayé de repasser la même commande. Bah non, impossible : ça va dans mon panier et quand je veux terminer ma commande et payer pour pouvoir imprimer mes timbres, le panier se vide 😭Bref, j'trouve ça inadmissible qu'un site qui serve à autant de gens chaque jour soit à ce point dysfonctionnel et sans aucune amélioration depuis des années... TimekeeperMon dieu, je viens de vivre une montagne russe émotionnelle du feu de dieu. Je reçois la notif' d’Amazon comme quoi mon colis est livré. Avec la photo qui va bien, qui le montre dans ma boîte-aux-lettres. C’est satisfaisant un peu. Mais très vite mon regard est happé par un papier qui dépasse de sous le colis.
