If you need a reality check of how much of a cesspit UK politics is, remind yourself of the basic levels of morality we should be expecting from them...
Free to read and really interesting. There is so much public has no idea about in how MPs can mix their business and political influence. #NolanPrinciples
From Iraqi oilfields to Tory HQ: how Nadhim Zahawi mixed business and politics
7 principles of public life #NolanPrinciples #Zahawi
Andrew Bridgen is unfit to remain in public office IMO. He has next to no respect for the Nolan Principles, he breaks lobbying rules with impunity, he treats fellow MPs impolitely & he spreads misinformation to his constituents & the public at large without battering an eyelid.
A disgrace to Parliament.
So Rishi Sunak is standing behind Dominic Raab even despite the 8 allegations of bullying that have been reported recently.
If Raab is found to have engaged in workplace bullying & thus breached the Ministerial Code & contravened the Nolan Principles of Public Life, will Sunak have the level of professional integrity required to sack him? I very much doubt it.
