I also had surgery in November plus on a good mix of medication so it wasn't just dietary. Reed<p>Here is something about me, as a personal area of experience and expertise. I’m 2 weeks through a recent relapse in crystal meth use. After an abstinence period of nearly 6 years. It’s been humbling.<br>
It wasn’t as bad as the last time, but it’s been a struggle nonetheless. <br>
Disappointing and humbling. <br>
However, I try again because I need to in order to survive and this is something I’ve been aware of since coming out of this the last time and it used to drive me to move forward, no matter how uncomfortable. Mistakes were still made this time and I’ll work to rectify those. I need to in order to keep going.<br>
I’m stubborn that way and maybe for my own good. It occurred to me that there’s probably no such thing as simply skating around or through this; it will be a lifelong balancing act.
