Mark SquiresPort weather? Probably. But when you feel like a Riesling...this beautiful Auslese Erd Trep (Fuder #10) hits the spot. It shows bursts of acidity on a fairly tense finish. It doesn't seem sweet and it has plenty of life left. Lively and refreshing, the fruit wraps around that acidic backbone. This is prime time. Which is good since I have more. 🎉😆 A ridiculous $16 on release. Yeah, that won't do it today.
