TECC :archlinux:<p>I’m trying to play the <a href="https://social.tchncs.de/tags/FrontMission" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>FrontMission</span></a> (Japan) <a href="https://social.tchncs.de/tags/ROM" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>ROM</span></a> with the English fan translation patch. Cappy Ishihara<p><span>I have come across a fairly rare ROM hack of Tekken 3.<br><br>"TEKKEN 3 от Golden Leon" is a ROM hack of Tekken 3 described with "extra 23 characters and much more".<br><br>There seems to be 2 variations of this ROM, being one with Russian and English UI.<br><br>I finally got the English ROM, dumped from a disc I got from a neighbour labelled "Tekken 4".<br><br>You can find the Russian ROM somewhere on Reddit, but I haven't found anyone dumping the English version, so I did it myself.<br><br></span><a href="https://archive.org/details/tekken-3-ot-golden-leon" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://archive.org/details/tekken-3-ot-golden-leon</a><span><br><br>There's a couple gameplay videos of the ROM hack itself but it never really matched the dump I have, so this one is definitely unique. Drew Naylor<p>I've decided to check SM64 ROM Manager and I can't find any licenses besides a few files that have the Apache License and Microsoft copyrights in the headers, besides SM64lib which is under the MIT License. This means that I don't think SM64 ROM Manager is FOSS, rather source available, unfortunately. In good Mario romhacking news, NSMBe, the New Super Mario Bros.
