The notice must be afforded within a reasonable time & in such a manner as will allow them to actually seek #habeas relief in the proper venue before such #removal occurs."

The #Trump admin’s hurried effort to deport more alleged Venezuelan gang members under the rarely used #AlienEnemiesAct is in defiance of a #SCOTUS order that detainees must be given "reasonable time" to combat the allegations against them, acc/to a court filing obtained by NBC News.
