For my tea tonight I am #cooking #fish stew. I got a "bag of fish bits" from the fishmonger - just random scrag ends and off cuts - so cheap it was practically free that I am cooking with onion and leek, root vegetables, wine, and ... I've not decided what herbs or spices to add yet. And while I was preparing everything, a podcast episode about #tripe. I remain unconvinced that tripe is fit for human consumption.
