I have to say, this guy @gamingonlinux is walking the walk.

Earlier then most, he saw what a sespool Twitter was becoming, left it to come here. But with it, he left most of his 73 000 followers behind, which meant real world income loss.

Did it anyway, kept providing good content and built up a new following here on Mastodon.

I just noticed his following is now AS LARGE (73K) as it was at its peak over at the deadbird.

Well done on that Liam.

I migrated from #twitter in 2024 when the platform API was trashed, so a lot of follower importer tools were just busted. Has anyone found a workaround for finding old Twitter followers on #mastodon?

Das ist eine Plattform „im Aufbau“ -
Allerdings: ohne die Manipulation, die ein #Musk oder #Trump oder #Zuckerberg auf deren Plattformen betriebt. Und die Diskussionen hier sind ohne fehlleitende Algorithmen wesentlich zivilisierter. Ich finds gut.
