@Meowthias@mastodon.worldBeing a cisgender, white male in a state where most people voted bigly for Trump, I know I'm not a high priority target for anyone in D.C.. I'm too far away for them to give a shit that I call my winter holiday Yule instead of Christmas.
What scares me is the prospect of a local fundamentalist church becoming the government. Then it becomes much more likely that I will be harmed for being a religious minority. The federal government won't try to murder me; they'll just do nothing to stop it.
