@utzer @feditips @mooklepticon that's my issue with this. Unless a person follows lots of people or is on a large server they see very little.

@MichaelBishop this is not completely right as well, there are relays and servers can use relays to distribute and to receive content (posts). Check which relays your admin added, I think you have to ask @mwadmin, but also I guess your server wouldn't need relays that much, it is quite big, so you'd see all the posts of all the users that are followed by any user on your server. I guess that is more than you can read anyway.

There are lots of ways individuals can find people to follow which don't depend on server size or follow numbers: fedi.tips/how-do-i-find-accoun Groups, curators and directories are especially good methods for people on smaller servers.

Server admins can add relays, especially Fedibuzz relays which are based on specific hashtags or server: fedi.tips/using-relays-to-quic

Relays can very quickly expand a server's view of the Fediverse.
