Just to be clear, this is a joke. Of course, renewable energy is not responsible for the destruction of Hurricane Helene. Instead, we know that fossil fuels are making the hurricane more damaging.
@andrewdessler This is a Bold claim. Do you have any Evidence to back this up? Not sure exactly how wind/solar/hydro power are responsible for Hurricane damage. Did you mean Non-renewable power instead?

@andrewdessler that joke stopped being funny when people actually where connecting wind power with heat domes in made up conspiracies. There is just a too big risk a few thousands seeing that actually believe it for real
@andrewdessler Related question: are there charts of global precipitation, just like there are for ocean temperature?
@drgroftehauge I don’t know of any group that produces, eg, monthly precipitation maps. Someone probably does not I don’t know about it.
