What is the point in destroying the country you want to save, in order to trick NATO into helping save Ukraine? If Ukraine is destroyed, then what is there to save?

For us to believe this crazy idea that Ukraine would destroy what it loves and is fighting for, we need such a high degree of proof.

By contrast, we only need a weak amount of evidence to convince us Ruschia would destroy Ukraine so it can accuse Ukraine of destroying itself to deter NATO from intervening. This is Russian Disinfolklore incarnate. We have decades of evidence of this kind of War Magical thinking from Russia.

There is NO evidence that Ukraine operates according to the same Provocation Logic Cycle / Accusation in a Mirror routine as Russia does.

By anchoring itself into a "Russia says x, while Ukraine says y" framing trope legacy media are suggesting an aggressor state led by a suspected war criminal has equal status with a state (Ukraine) exercising its inherent right to self defence led by a democratically elected president who won 73% of the vote in a free and fair election (I monitored the vote for the @OSCE).
