Introspection is hard for us humans. From what I've seen, it looks like the connection that's proves the most difficult is owning one's own influence, past, present, and maybe (not) future. Every word spoken, every dollar spent joins a swarm of current, fits in somewhere, drives the narrative. Yet most of us feel, and own, a deep sense of powerlessness. (sorry for the typo edit)
