LIGHT POLLUTION DENIES MY NATURAL RIGHT TO THE NIGHT SKY

@jeffowski We live in a very rural area of NY State where we used to see the Milky Way any clear night. Now we have wind turbines surrounding our land that have blinking lights on top that obscure the Milky Way.
@jeffowski good lighting is complex, but it all comes down to "if you can see a glowing light bulb, you did it wrong".
