Perhaps investing in stun guns? My personal favorite, although larger, is a cattle prod. Just a simple quick touch to a one of these church members and they'll think twice about harassing again.
@jeffowski There are also the autistic amateur gunsmiths, but those are maybe not the best ones to introduce anyone to arms-bearing. Not unless you like having your 3D printing, CNC milling, and choice of build critiqued ad nauseam. The very same "just install Linux" personality types also design, build, and test arms, signaling devices, and armor. It's just another maker project. Preferably open-sourced.

@jeffowski I used to teach religious education. Each year, the teenagers in our class would pick a handful of religions. We would spend 4-6 weeks learning about the religion, and then we would ask if we could visit their house of worship and speak with a spiritual leader.
Pagans and Wickens are awesome! They create beautiful, connected communities and have an amazing collection of traditions.

Yet Christians historically weaponized it against others. Christianity itself rejects literal enforcement, emphasizing spiritual discernment (Galatians 5:19-21).
These laws were specifically for ancient Israelites, establishing their covenant with God—not universal mandates. You might proclaim the Bible's been hijacked by the Devil and many are voluntarily complicit.
