People are welcome to prefer working in an office. People are welcome to do it. But people who believe it is generally better and that everyone should have to are—every last one of them—dickheads.

For #InformationWorkers -#RemoteWork made sense waaay before COVID.
Now 'leadership' (i.e. people that don't do 'real' work) want to pretend that sitting in an office cube (and working remotely) - is somehow better than doing the very same thing from home.
Better for whom?
Seeing #ButtsInChairs is not 'management'.
