@sebastianhahn@mastodon.worldGood morning! Last day of the holidays, so I started out with a good run, at least after a very slow start. From km 7 on, I finally managed to get some speed together. In some places there‘s at least one foot of dry leaves piled on top of each other. Running through them is a mixed bag: On the one hand, I like the sound, the crunchy feeling, on the other hand, there‘s a certain risk to step on a stone or twig, stumble and fall. So I usually go a little slower… #Running #applewatchultra2
@sebastianhahn I do the same. I'm not sure if my old and afraid or careful. I choose careful in my mind.
Also, todays trail price me right (to be slow, even walk some segments). Leaves on the ground could hide the trail, roots, rocks, holes, or even a combination of those...
