I've been making some black walnut samples with brass and wooden #splines for a client.

This #OilPainting is a copy of an #OldMaster by the UK #Artist Rebecca Holton, who can be seen on Instagram.

We #framed it in a traditional aged moulding. It's a fairly wide frame with a matt black finish. The dull gold on the inside edge helps to define the #painting's edges, breaking up the darkness.

This is an impressive #Watercolour we #framed some time ago.

The frame used has an ornate tulip and leaf pattern. A single gold line on the window mount finishes it perfectly

It is made up of holes in #HandmadePaper. Each hole is counted and written on the artwork (usually hundreds of thousands)

We framed it in a super narrow walnut #frame, float mounted on white mount board.
