Yes, the physician's assistant that I saw made a case about my elevated bilirubin.

"Did you know you have elevated bilirubin?"

"Yes."

"Did you talk about it with your PCP?"

"Yes, I did. Every doctor who orders a blood test tells me about it. I discuss it with them. There's nothing to be done."

"Oh. I'm going to make a note here that you and I discussed it."

"You do that."
