Angela 💜 PartPurpleOk, next question...I swapped my hot end fans out to hopefully some quieter ones. The heat sink fan is working, but the hot end and motherboard fans are not. I've quadruple-checked the connections, and unless you need to be the Hulk to push them all the way in, they're in as far as they will go and firmly seated. Dialing it back in for printing 28mm tabletop minis because I don’t want to buy another printer. It’s a bit more work than, say, an a1. But the price is right!

Had to tap holes, get the arms heat inserted, then small m3 nuts into their slots, finally got it all together, and finished up with the T8/8 screws for the rods. I can print a 20mm calibration cube at 0.2mm layer height just fine, but an actual print at 0.16mm layer height ends up squishing the print as the nozzle isn't quite high enough and starts dragging through the last layer. This screws up any tolerance for print-in-place hinges as the squished layers bridge the gap. I'm at my wits end with this thing.

Fell on the floor amid some surplus computer speakers and blended right in. Found it when I decided to send the speakers to Goodwill.
