I start with petting my golden retriever on the regular as he kinda gets life in general. :)

Recognize that America has generations of citizens grappling with unprocessed interpersonal and generational trauma which manifests itself in maladaptive ways when triggered.

Messages of hope and ambition are fine, but joy and laughter are key, especially self-deprecation.
