Mutual Aid - Flood / Water damage recovery after tornado

After a tornado this summer, our basement got flooded and we haven't been able to fix it ever since, due to being disabled. This has resulted in us dealing with mold it in, and our landlord becoming increasingly frustrated, despite him not wanting to fix it, either.

There is someone in town who is willing to fix it for $200, but we're just getting back on our feet and cannot afford it. This is the last mutual aid I'll ever have to do, and I'll update the total in the replies.
