We managed to export 6kWh</p><p>Our whole house is electric, the 5kW <a href="https://c.im/tags/ASHP" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>ASHP</span></a> used 580kWh average outside temp 3C with min of -8C Everything else used 420 kWh</p><p>(4 bed detached brick house with someone at home all day)</p>

When we were on gas &amp; electric our average daily use was 100kWh in autumn.
