Ethan<p>Throughout the Old and New Testaments we find references to the <a href="https://bibletalk.social/tags/nations" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>nations</span></a> as <a href="https://bibletalk.social/tags/witnesses" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>witnesses</span></a> of what God was accomplishing in and through His people. </p><p>The <a href="https://bibletalk.social/tags/Psalter" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Psalter</span></a> exulted in the vindication of YHWH and His people as seen and attested by the nations. </p><p>We do well to remember how "Gentile" is a translation of the Greek term ethne, meaning "nations." </p><p>In Christ the nations are no longer mere witnesses, but invited to share as active participants in God in Christ through the Spirit.</p>
